Up the road is Victoria Gardens. So if you want retail therapy, grab a movie at Hoyts or get lost in Ikea you’re in the right spot.
Real Estate is all about location and transport. There is access by tram, bus and train. It’s also within walking distance to the ‘urban cool’, Smith Street (Fitzroy).
Simply, it’s a great unit in a great location.
The terms of the lease are:
6 or 12 month lease depending on application
$400 per week
Payment in advance = 4 weeks
Bond = 4 weeks (paid prior to moving in).
The Electricity bills are paid by the tenant.
Water bills are split. Usage paid by tenant and all service charges paid by landlord.
