Abbotsford is 2km east of the Melbourne CBD.

The nearest train stop is Collingwood and Victoria Street runs a number of trams to and from the city.

If you are heading down to Chapel Street, there are trams going down Church Street or you can take the bus down Hoddle/Punt.

The unit is just around the corner from the beautiful Abbotsford Convent and the Yarra River. Amazingly, within a few minutes you can escape the hectic city lifestyle and be walking along the Yarra river or the Yarra Bend parks and walks.

It is a nice little walk to the Studley Park Boat House and if you want a cheeky round of golf, it’s a 5 minute drive to the Yarra Bend golf course.

Marine Parade is in a quiet little street and you would feel safe and life here is rather uncomplicated.
